If you entered a valid email address when you signed up, it’s possible to reset your password. However, if you entered an invalid email address, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.
We encourage all of our users to enter a valid email address.
Why can’t you change my password for me?
We take the security of our users seriously, which is why it is in our guidelines to never change anything related to the accounts of our users.
Someone trying to gain access to your account might know your username and could try to manipulate us into changing the password of the account. Since your security means everything to us, we will never change the password on your account.
