Includes client logs and diagnostic data with the support ticket.

The logs and diagnostic information contain the version number of the client you are using, whether you're connecting with any add-on services, as well as the client settings displayed under Settings in the client. It also contains the installation log which can be found in the installation folder of the client, as well as the last 10 logs that can be found under Settings -> Show logs in the client.
