Explanation: block WebRTC

WebRTC is an API available for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. The purpose of the API is to enable a direct link between web browsers when using services like VoIP and file sharing peer-to-peer.

However, it also enables websites to access the internal and external IP addresses of users despite using a VPN.

In order to protect our customers from getting their IP address exposed by websites utilizing this feature, we have integrated a WebRTC block in our browser extension which can be enabled/disabled on the Settings page.
