A subscription is created by default when purchasing via credit cards and PayPal. Other payment methods do not create recurring subscriptions and therefore the subscription will be cancelled automatically in case we do not receive a renewal payment.
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, go to Billing. Cancellation is done by clicking on the switch:
