At OVPN, our 10-day refund policy applies to your first purchase, which must be made with one of the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal (coming soon)
Please note that due to anti-money laundering guidelines, we are unable to issue refunds for purchases made using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the same currency used at the time of purchase, regardless of any currency fluctuation.
To request a refund, simply contact us within 10 days of your first purchase. When doing so, please include a one-time code so we can identify your account. We also appreciate if you let us know the reason you want a refund so we know which parts of our service we need to improve upon.
