If you’re unable to log out of your OVPN account in the app after clicking Log Out, you may be affected by a known issue.
Our team is currently investigating a bug in the Windows, Mac, and Linux apps that prevents the app from completing the logout process.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall your current OVPN version from your computer
- Download and install the latest OVPN version
After reinstalling, you should be able to log in and out as expected.
